Responsibilities include business development, contract negotiating, developing engineering sales team and marketing engineering services sales to service providers, operational equipment manufacturer and construction companies. Additionally responsible for strategic planning, new service offerings, strategic alliances, competitive analysis, developing training classes for 1xRTT, EV-DO and 802.11. Responsible for forecasting and developing sales goals for staff resources used for developing fiscal year budget. Avenger Engineering maintained 200% growth each year since conception.
